Creatures your opponents control enter tapped.

Creatures your opponents control don't untap during their controllers' untap steps.

At the beginning of each opponent's upkeep, that player may choose any number of tapped creatures they control and pay 2 life for each creature chosen this way. If they do, untap those creatures. If one or more creatures were untapped this way, draw a card.
