Creatures you control have “{R}: This creature gets +1/-1 until end of turn.”

Whenever one or more creatures you control with power greater than their base power attack, exile the top card of your library. You may play that card until the end of your next turn.

Whenever another creature you control dies, if its power was greater than its base power, Miyata deals damage equal to the difference to any target.
